Pancakes «Tastiness» with the orange sauce

As pancakes, provided the proper convenience products, are quick to cook, it is better to begin with the sauce. First, peel the orange and cut the peels into small pieces. Having squeezed all the juice from the orange, mix it up with water, add some brown sugar, plus the cut orange peels. Boil the mixture for 5 minutes, then filter it. Add a little starch to thicken the mixture and some orange liqueur for aroma. Now it is the turn of the second orange: peel it, cut the segments and add them to the main sauce. Fry the pancakes «Tastiness» in a frying pan. Serve them hot, sprinkled with the orange sauce.

Clear soup with meat dumplings

Nearly every host or hostess knows a culinary trick which helps convert the traditional meat-and-bone clear soup into a real miracle. It is known that this first course can be served with various soup garnishes. Meat dumplings are probably the most popular among them.

 

Before placing meat dumplings into your clear soup, put them for a few seconds into boiling water. This procedure will help to clean from the surface of the dumplings various particles that can spoil transparency of the clear soup.

 

8-10 minutes is the time of cooking meat dumplings in the slowly boiling clear soup. Too active boiling can tear the dough wrapper and the stuffing released into the clear soup will lose its taste.

First, boil the meat dumplings. Crack some eggs, add to them some milk or sour cream, then some salt and pepper. Thoroughly whisk up the mixture. Warm-up the frying pan with butter, lay out the boiled meat dumplings, cover them with the mixture and bake in an oven.

Put the boiled meat dumplings into a frying pan and thickly sprinkle with shaved cheese. Then cover everything with an original mixture of tomato sauce, mayonnaise and mustard. Finally, sprinkle the dish with butter and bake it until ready in an oven.

Pepper stuffed with meat and rice, baked

Fry the stuffed pods of pepper on a frying pan in oil. Then we put them in a stew-pan and cover with the sauce. The sauce is made from sour cream half-and-half with tomato juice. You can add a pinch of ground black pepper. Put the stew-pan with the fried peppers into an oven and bake until ready. Pour with dressing before serving up.

Pepper stuffed with meat and rice, stewed

Put the unfrozen peppers into a shallow pan and cover them with meat clear soup. Close the pan with a lid and stew the stuffed peppers on a slow fire for 40 minutes. Serve up, after sprinkling with green parsley or dill; separately put a sauce-boat with sour cream.
