The Pokhytailo Private Company started operation in March, 1999.
Meat dumplings became the visiting-card of the newly born company. Today the company makes over 80 types of products: vareniks, chops, pancakes, cottage cheese pancakes, stuffed cabbage leaves, ‘Khinkali’ spicy meat rolls, etc. The Premium Class™ was registered in 2005. Its assortment is narrower than the assortment of the Pokhytailo™. However, the quality rating of the Premium Class™ products is higher.
Extending the geography of its sales, the company management extends the range of its professional interests. Recently interesting novelties were offered to the Ukrainian consumers: fish sticks, steak, lulia-kebab, cabbage rolls, etc.
The workshops of the Company are equipped with both Home-made equipment, and machinery made in Germany, France, Italy, Russia. Introduction of the innovative technologies enabled reduction of labour costs that eventually reduced product cost as a whole. The production process is accompanied with the permanent control of quality, laboratory inspection of the physical, chemical and bacteriological condition.
