If vareniks are a traditional Ukrainian dish, meat dumplings step in the forefront of the Russian cuisine. Only imagine! Each meat dumpling is a 13-gram meat stuffing from select pork, beef or chicken, juicy onions, fragrant spices, top flour and, of course, eggs and salt. A vegetable albumen is added in stuffing of some types of meat dumplings. Thus, depending on the variety of ingredients, we have the following brands of meat dumplings: Zakusochni (Snack), Irkutski, Chicken, Siberian Special, Specialty and Rural.
