Kruchenyky, zavyvantsi, zrazy are different names for one food. But if there are different names, there must be differences. Right? Right. Thinly chopped stuffed meat rolls are called in Ukraine zavyvantsi. The meat, previously minced in a meat grinder, indicates the Lithuanian method of cooking. Zrazy in which filling is hidden in the minced potato can be served as Byelorussian food. As for the filling, it can be most different. The dish can be decorated with halves of the toasted tomatoes or stewed mushrooms.
